Practice Focus

Ann concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration and residential real estate. She has administered myriad estates and trusts and works closely with clients to navigate the probate process and prepare estate tax returns. Ann routinely counsels clients to develop estate plans tailored to suit their specific needs, and effectively steers sellers and purchasers of residential real estate through each stage of the transaction

Background

Prior to joining King & Navins in 2003, Ann worked in the publishing industry for several years, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Central Asia. Ann and her husband are avid sailors and members of the Blue Water Sailing Club.
